Chemical Savings: Water Treatment Without Chemicals
Chemical dosing is a cost that never stops: chemicals must be bought, stored, dosed and tested every month for the life of the system, and they slow scale and bacteria down without removing what is already there. Water treatment without chemicals replaces the whole programme.
What changes with chemical-free treatment

Chemicals were 100% eliminated: about 7,800 litres per year, worth around USD 30,000. Softener salt was also eliminated (60,840 kg per year, around USD 20,000), plus roughly USD 35,000 of softener renewal avoided. Sulfuric acid for pH control was the only exception. At another client site, 100% of treatment chemicals were eliminated.
