Upcoming projects 2019
2016 was another busy year for us. One of the most prestigious projects was delivered to Mitsubishi Motors Thailand in Laem Chabang: two Elgressy EST systems, installed in phase 1 (2015) and phase 2 (2016).
Running without problems
By 2019 the systems were still running flawlessly. EST keeps the cooling water in equilibrium, and the client is satisfied. Mitsubishi has since ordered a phase 3 EST project.
How EST works: Elgressy EST treats a side stream of the cooling water by controlled electrolysis. Calcium hardness precipitates as solid scale inside the EST reactors and is removed, instead of depositing on chiller condensers, heat exchangers and pipes. Oxidizing species formed at the anode help control algae and biofilm, so no anti-scalants or corrosion inhibitors are needed. Read more about Elgressy EST.
