More than 50 kg of scale was removed by EST from cooling systems in 6 months time, Amazing result!

Six months after installing Elgressy EST on a client’s cooling tower system, we carried out the first routine service. When we cleaned the four EST reaction tanks, we collected more than 50 kg of scale.

What the service showed

How EST works: Elgressy EST treats a side stream of the cooling water by controlled electrolysis. Calcium hardness precipitates as solid scale inside the EST reactors and is removed, instead of depositing on chiller condensers, heat exchangers and pipes.
